- 25% deposit required for group bookings (i.e.) bridal, graduation parties, ladies night out events. Deposit will be forfeited for missed appointments.

- Our staff & associates operate on a commission basis – missed* or late appointments does affect their earning potential. Maximum service benefits may not be realized to facilitate on-time scheduling.
- 24 hour advanced cancellation* notice is required. No show fee 25% for missed or cancelled appointments outside required notice period.
