Participant of Breast Cancer Society of Canada’s National Dress Down

[October 2007] Forever Young Spa Participates in the Breast Cancer Society of Canada’s Notional Dress Down Day.

Incorporated on September 5th, 1991, the Breast Cancer Society of Canada founded by the family and friends of Pamela Greenaway-Kohlmeier in Sarnia-Point Edward, Ontario, six months before she died at age of 38. Pamela left behind a husband Guy, and two young children: Jamie and Mallory.

Many times during the precedings four years while Pam was fighting for her life, the question was posed to her doctors, “Why has this happened and how can we fight it?” The answer was the same as others have been told, “We don’t know – there hasn’t been enough research.”

Pam’s parents, Lawrance and Kay Greenaway, along with her husband Guy, decided to “do something” and to this day, the Society continues to grow.

The greatest side effect of this deadly disease is the loss of Wives, Daughters, Mothers and Friends – even Fathers and Uncles. Join us in our fight and help fund research to ultimately find a cure for breast cancer.
