Striving for Excellence, Nominations Sought for the Mayor’s Award!

Nominations will be eligible for a DRAW for 3 representatives of the nominated organization to attend breakfast with the Mayor.

Nominations are starting to flow in to the City of Cambridge for the Mayor’s Award for Excellence in Workforce Training and Development, and we need you to spread the word of this important opportunity. Organizations benefit from the long-term value provided by a well-trained and forward-thinking workforce and here’s a chance to showcase that expertise.

“Training and development enhances a company’s competitiveness, improves efficiency and directly influences employee engagement,” says Mayor Doug Craig. He’s asking you to nominate a company and participate this year in the process to shine the light on local training and development leadership. (add link to video/image)

In saluting these training leaders, we emphasize the role workforce training plays in driving our City’s economic growth and prosperity.
