- Gift certificates available for pre-paid specials and individual treatments are enjoyed as – staff appreciation, thank you’s, birthday’s, anniversary’s, bridal parties, graduation, landmark birthday’s, reunions and for personal use.
- Visit our spa location to purchase your gift certificates or call us at 519-624-9746 or toll free at 866-31-4EVER (3837) or via our Email. Gift certificate requests by phone and processed by mail/courier are subject to shipping & handling cost of $10 per certificate if packaged, otherwise No Charge will apply. Product shipments – FOB Cambridge subject to a flat rate of $5.00 plus shipping costs based on delivery method.
- We would ask all customers to schedule an appointment within one week after receiving their certificate. To avoid charges, cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to appointment.
- Gift Certificate Redemption – Guest’s may exchange for service/product of their choosing. No cash refunds. Declining balances will be maintained until the certificate value has been exhausted.
- NOTE: Registered Massage Therapy receipts cannot be issued to gift certificate guests.
